Hi Tim,
This is the 1st that I am seeing the blog..how wonderful and HONEST! I to, was in the same situation, not receiving communion while my immediate family members do. (I am methodist) Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we would all be able to receive together some day?? I do not know if that will ever happen…but can be optimistic…I actually think Episcopal might be a good fit for us someday…
Thank you so much for delivering @ Babcia’s funeral, was a wonderful tribute! I wish I was around for the days of the glorious feast at the Gwozdz homestead…..I am sure a meal to remember….

I think you forgot another option. Why not put Lysol in the incense and fumagate for airborne germs. After all that is how the H1N1 is generally passed.

I agree with Solange…I can more fun at home.

I know you intended this to be humorous but it’s not a bad idea. If we totally automate the sacraments that ensures that they are open to all, and eliminates the need for the clerical class. To be honest, I’m all for it.

Tim, great post! I agree, wouldn’t change the experience for the world, although, Maybe a few more square feet would have been nice. You were a good sport for putting up with our shenanigans. Then again, my olfactory memory is forever etched with the pervasive smell of Kiwi black shoe polish and brasso thanks to you keeping your ROTC uniform up to snuff.

I was at the Broncos/Pats game a few weeks ago and part of the old-school schtick was running the Jumbotron in black & white. Seeing those unis in B&W definitely made them look less heinous.
